Le camere sono per non fumatori.
Non verrá calcolata nessuna riduzione per le cene non consumate.
Per arrivo ritardato/no show o partenza anticipata verrá addebitato il costo della sola camera secondo l'articolo 1218/1382.
La caparra ammonta ad € 500,00 a camera. In caso di disdetta non verrá rimborsata la caparra, come previsto dal codice civile 1385 e 1386.
Per arrivo dopo le ore 18.00 si prega di contattare la reception.
Le camere devono essere lasciate libere entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza e possono venir occupate a partire dalle 15:00 del giorno di arrivo.
Wir haben nur nicht Raucher Zimmer.
Bei nicht eingenommenen Speisen kann kein preislicher Nachlass gewährt werden.
Für verspätete Anreise oder No Show und frühere Abreise rechnen wir die Übernachtungen
Die Reservierung gilt nach Einlagen Ihrer Anzahlung in Höhe von Euro 500,00 pro Zimmer
Die Anzahlung ist Bearbeitungsgebühr und wird im Falle einer Stornierung einbehalten.
Für Ankunft nach 18.00 Uhr bitten wir Sie um Mitteilung
Am Anreisetag stehen die Zimmer ab 15 Uhr zur Verfügung. Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, die Zimmer bis spätestens 10 Uhr zu räumen.
Stornobedingungen gemäß art 1382 ZGB
Bei Nichtübernahme der gebuchten Zimmer für den vereinbarten Zeitraum ohne erfolgte Stornierung ist der Gast bzw. der Besteller zur Entrichtung von 70% des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises verpflichtet

Cancellation requirements according to Article 1382 ZGB (Civil Code):
If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person(s) , the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 70% of the agreed total price
In the case that the guest(s) departs early, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price fort he actual stay, as well as 70% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
